Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream


A fiberous and nutritious breakfast! ..or desert ;)

3/4 can organic pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (so delicious)
1 cup living harvest vanilla hemp milk
1 dropper of cinnamon stevia
cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to taste

Combine. Pour into ice cream maker and let it do its thing!
(sprinkled with cinnamon quinoa granola from previous post)
